At Habitat for Humanity there is a job for everyone. We can use all the help we can get. Currently we are seeking weekday volunteers to help out on the job sites, in the Habitat office, on committees, with ourt newsletter, and with special events. We would like to identify and train, as necessary, individuals who could help supervise construction tasks on work sites as team leaders. Waiver of Liability and Photo Release - Every Habitat volunteer must complete one of these before starting work; if you already have one on file at the Habitat office you do not need to complete one. Emergency Medical Information - If the volunteer is between 16 and 18 years old, this form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian. We will not be able to request medical assistance for an injured minor unless this is done. This should be done every time a minor plans to work on a work site. Work Site Sign-in - This form should be printed by the group organizer and completed as much as possible before the group arrives at the work site. Housing Application - This form should be printed by the group organizer if overnight housing is being arranged. Arrangements are made ONLY through the Volunteer Coordinator. Day of Departure - This checklist is to be followed when a group departs from arranged housing.
